Back-to-School Backpack Drive
The Turtle Mountain Tribal Government purchased 2,400 backpacks to be distributed to schools throughout Rolette County to help ensure our students have the supplies they need for a successful school year.
The CIRD Department coordinated a Back-to-School Drive to help distribute these backpacks throughout our community. Our department has donated 400 backpacks, and All Nation Pest Control has also generously donated backpacks to support this effort.
After providing backpacks to our local schools, we will have more than 1,000 backpacks remaining to distribute this Friday to students who are not enrolled in our local schools. This will be available from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

7-12 Volleyball practice will start Monday, Aug 17 from 2:00-4:30 pm. You must have a completed sports physical turned in before you are able to practice. Tuesday, Aug 18 and after, practice will be at the regular time of 3:30-6:00 pm.
Parents/Guardians, if your student will be taking prescribed medication at the school for the 26-27 school year a new consent form must be signed yearly. Callie Bryant (school nurse) will be in office 8-3pm on August 10th, 11th, 14th, and open house on the 17th from 4-7pm. Medications can be brought to the school at that time as well.
