FYI-The water in St. John will be turned off on the WEST side of town from noon to 7 tomorrow- city counsel has informed us that our school day/Title I night activities will not be affected.
On Monday, October 14, 2024, from 4:00-7:00 pm, the St. John School will be hosting our Annual Fall Title 1 Parent Night. We invite all parents, students, and stakeholders to come and join us on a night full of activities, networking, and information sharing. The intent of the event is to share activities and supports we have implemented to improve and enhance student achievement and learning opportunities. There will also be community vendors available to share information on their services. Supper and door prizes will be available. If you have any questions, feel free to contact the St. John School at 701-477-5651.
To show our appreciation for all they do, Middle School Houses made Care Baskets for the Service People in our community Red House gave their care basket to the Rolla Fire Department.

Letter E is for Experiments and Explosion! Yesterday Mrs Pedersen's class put our scientist hats on and did two experiments. We even learned that not every experiment works and you have to try it twice sometimes.
5th & 6th Grade Boys Basketball practice will be held in the new gym today. October 8th.
On behalf of the Woodchuck Booster Club, we will be recognizing one Woodchuck Super Fan (per year). We are asking that the community submit nominations with a description of why that person is deserving of this award. Submissions can be brought into the main office or emailed to peggy.charbonneau@k12.nd.us.
Deadline for submission will be October 31st.
School will be dismissed at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, October 16th, 2024. There will be no school October 17th & 18th.

JV Volleyball Jamboree Information and schedule for Monday, October 7th
5th & 6th Grade Boys Basketball Practice starts Monday , October 7th right after school in the old gym. Coaches are Dustin Wawryk & Jason Blue. Practice will be done at 5:00 pm. Please have a ride scheduled for your child.
The 5&6 GBB teams have their final games today, Oct 3, at Dunseith. The first game has been moved up to a 4:00 start at the Elementary gym.
Today is the last day to order Cancer Shirts!! If you did not receive an order form, Annie has some up at the office or please contact Mrs. Disrud at the school. All orders and money are to be turned into Mrs. Disrud. Thanks!!!
