Volleyball Info: Practice for grades 7-12 will begin on Monday the 18th at 3:30. There will be a quick parent meeting following the first practice around 6 pm.

Reminders for Monday Aug 11, 2025:
7-12 Northern Lights cross country practice starts Monday at 7:00 pm at the Rolla city park. Practice locations and times vary until school starts.
JH football practice starts Monday at 8:00 am
Physicals are required to attend practice!
Bus Routes- if you are needing bus changes from last years routes or are a new enrolled student in need of bussing, please contact the school with that information.
JH Football Players- if you didn't get equipment on Monday and still want to participate, practice starts Monday the 11th. Please be at the Old Gym by 7:45 am. Sports Physical are required to practice!

Two reminders for tomorrow Aug 4, 2025.
7-12 Northern Lights girls golf practice starts at 10:00 at the Rolla Country Club.
7-12 football equipment hand out at the old gym at 5:00 starting with seniors.
The first day of practice for 9-12th grade will be Thursday, August 7th starting at 8 AM!! Players should be there by 7:30 to insure everyone is ready to go for practice! First practice for JH will be Monday, August 11th time to be determined. Please make sure your physicals are up to date as practices will not be counted until an up to date physical form is handed in. Remember 9 practices are required to participate in a game! Have a great last week of summer!
The New Gym will be closed through the remainder of this week until Monday, August 4th.

Reminder about the Northern Lights girls golf meeting at the Rolla Country Club today July 22 at 5:30!
Boys Wrestlers going to camp in Rugby on Wednesday, July 23rd need to be at the St. John School by 3:30 PM or Rolla School by 4:00 PM. We will return from camp that evening. Wrestlers will need their shoes and change of clothes for after camp.
Girl wrestlers that attended camp in June, please email your receipt from payment for camp to susan.cain@k12.nd.us or drop off at the office to receive your reimbursement for attending camp. Those that turned in their receipts already can pick up their reimbursement at the office.
