From FCCLA Advisor, Mrs. Worrall
St. John FCCLA was represented in Bismarck this week. As we were sad to see parts of the convention eliminated and we left before it was over on Monday. Kylie Parisien and Lorayah Allery had a great time seeing other members, and serving as voting delegates. Kylie shared her FCCLA journey in a session twice Monday which was inspiring for me to hear. Kylie received a Gold on her Repurpose and Redesign Star event and is a National Qualifier. Kylie also was awarded a much deserved FCCLA scholarship, which I surprised her with at KFC in Minot on our way home. Not everyone receives their award at KFC do they!!
