We want to make sure you are all aware of the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program (EBBP). Congress appointed $3.2 billion to the FCC to help low-income households pay for broadband service. The program will provide a discount of up to $50 per month for broadband services for eligible consumers. Consumers on qualifying Tribal lands can receive support of up to $75 per month.
Existing customers only need to opt-in to receive the EBBP discount. The form can be downloaded from the following link: https://5il.co/verr
Customers that aren't currently Lifeline customers can visit www.GetEmergencyBroadband.org to see if they qualify and apply.
The discounts only last as long as the fund has money, or six months after the Department of Health and Human Services declares an end to the COVID 19 health emergency, whichever is sooner.
The St. John School has nothing to do with the program, we are just informing you that it is available.
