As part of our health and wellness initiative, we would like to extend a morning workout offering to our students (grades 7-12) starting 12/18/2023, Mondays and Wednesdays. The morning session will go from 6 am to 7 am. Students must have their own rides. A valid physical is needed before starting the initiative. The intent is to continue this Until May 10, 2024. Keep in mind this is a new initiative and it can and will change throughout the year to optimize the sessions and programming. What this means is our leader/trainer will adapt the sessions to best suit the participants. This is for all levels of physical fitness. We understand there might be students who are just looking to get into better shape, shedding a few pounds, or advancing their physical fitness. If you are interested in participating or just have general questions, please contact Mr. Eli Luna.
