I have been meaning to send an email concerning any fundraising being conducted in the school. If it is a function that is occurring during the regular school day, any fundraising proposals should go through the respective principals (Dr. Tandeski, Mrs. Anderson, and Mr. Anderson). If the fundraiser is during an athletic event, the proposal should go through the athletic directors (Mr. Anderson and Mr. Demers). The reason for this is to have an idea of who is doing fundraising in our school and to ensure we do not have similar fundraisers happening at the same time.

Today's (Jan 5, 2023) GBB vs Midway-Minto will now start at 3:30 to help our visitors get home after the game with uncertain weather and road conditions in the forecast. A, B, & C Squads will all run about a half hour earlier than normal. Plan accordingly. Sorry for the late notice.

Mrs. Marty's 7th Grade Art Class worked on a daily drawing prompt. For two minutes, they were guided to look at simple shapes of a designated image. The reference photo goes away and students use visualization to create their version of the image.
Mrs. Marty's 6th Grade Art Class worked on a daily drawing prompt to look for simple shapes to set up more successful drawings.
Attention St. John community: At our most recent basketball game, we noticed there is counterfeit currency being used. Our school officials will be more diligent in processing transactions. Please be on the look out for people attempting to use counterfeit currency. See the picture which shows the counterfeit bill.
