As we celebrate Staff Appreciation Week, I want to thank all the "educators." In many cases, we think of educators as teachers. This is not entirely true. Education comes in many forms. It comes in the day-to-day conversations with students. It comes in the love and care we show our students. It comes in being a role model for our students. I want to thank each and every staff member for being that positive educator. At last night's Reading Fair, it was exhibited how much we care about our students. Staff dressing up and entertaining our kids, staying late, or putting in the extra time, to show our students how much we truly care about their education. This is the epitome of being an educator. I thank all of the bus drivers, kitchen staff, paras, teachers, administrators, custodial staff, maintenance, office/business staff, school board members, and other support staff, for being the great educators you are! For that, we provide a great education for our students. Go Woodchucks!
