The first day of practice for 9-12th grade will be Thursday, August 7th starting at 8 AM!! Players should be there by 7:30 to insure everyone is ready to go for practice! First practice for JH will be Monday, August 11th time to be determined. Please make sure your physicals are up to date as practices will not be counted until an up to date physical form is handed in. Remember 9 practices are required to participate in a game! Reminder about the Northern Lights girls golf meeting at the Rolla Country Club today July 22 at 5:30!
Boys Wrestlers going to camp in Rugby on Wednesday, July 23rd need to be at the St. John School by 3:30 PM or Rolla School by 4:00 PM. We will return from camp that evening. Wrestlers will need their shoes and change of clothes for after camp.
Girl wrestlers that attended camp in June, please email your receipt from payment for camp to susan.cain@k12.nd.us or drop off at the office to receive your reimbursement for attending camp. Those that turned in their receipts already can pick up their reimbursement at the office.
