School will be dismissed at 2:00 today, November 19th, due to the weather. All after school activities are cancelled. The 5th and 6th grade boys basketball game scheduled for today in Rolla will be postponed.
Thanks to all who purchased coffee and popcorn from FCCLA. The purchases are in! Hopefully get delivered soon, weather permitting.
5th & 6th grade Boys Basketball year end pizza party has been postponed to a later date. It will be held during the school day when it is rescheduled. No practice today. Game in Rolla tomorrow, weather permitting.

The school nurse would like for anyone who has a child with an allergy relating specifically to food or medication to send an email to Callie.Bryant@k12.nd.us explaining the allergy as well as what kind of reaction to the allergen. WINTER WEATHER CLOTHING IS A MUST! With the colder temps, students should be coming to school with warm coats, hats, and gloves. Students in PreK through 5th grade go out for recess daily.
Picture retakes are scheduled for TOMORROW, Nov. 13th. If you are only retaking and getting the exact same package as the first picture you just need to return your packet with you tomorrow. If you need a new order form, send your child to the office to pick one up or you can contact the office to get one sent with your child. Class pictures will also be taken.

The winner of the bale decorating contest was the Credit Union with their Jack Skellington creation!! The bales were voted on by the SJS elementary students. Thank you to all businesses/groups for participating and helping to decorate our town for fall/Halloween!
