The White Elephant Sale will be postponed until Friday. No library check-out Thursday in order to get it set up. We can figure out make-up checkouts when we return.
On Wednesday, December 14 school will be another remote learning day. We will follow the same schedule. High School students should be logged into Microsoft Teams by 9:00 am and the middle school students should be logged in by the normal class time.

St. John School was represented by two senior boys this weekend in Minneapolis. Caden Belgarde (61) and Weston Enno (27) played in the Indigenous Bowl at the US Bank Stadium where the Minnesota Vikings play. They were on the white team called Bad Medicine and their team won.
Mrs. Pearson's 6th grade Science class were digging through "sediment" to find their gems.
Girls basketball Update:
The Westhope/Newburg game will now be January 20 in Newburg at 5:45.
Update for today's schedule:
The girls basketball game in Newburg has been postponed until Jan. 10. No high school girls basketball practice today. JH boys will have practice today in the new gym from 3:15 until 4:00. The boys B & C will play Rugby in the new gym at 4:30. The high school boys will practice in the old gym at 3:30 and the JH girls will be in the old gym at 5:30.
Students in Mrs. Marty's 7th grade Art Class. They are given a drawing prompt at the start of art class. This helps them look at images from an artist's brain.
6th Grade goes to Mrs. Marty's Classroom for homeroom in the mornings. They are working on cooperative learning skills.

A student in Mrs. Marty's 8th grade Art Class is working on a new technique of white ink on black canvass.
Mrs. Marty's 8th grade Art class also did mixed media 3D art projects.

Students in grades 5-8 made tie blankets in their houses. These blankets will be given to someone in need.

Activities Update:
Due to a funeral in the Old Gym on Saturday, there will be no JH practices on Friday. On Friday, the HS girls will be in the new gym at 3:30 and the HS boys will be in the new gym at 5:30. On Saturday, the HS boys will practice in the new gym at 10:30. On Saturday the HS girls will play A & B in Bottineau starting at 2:00. No C game in Bottineau. The bus will leave at noon. On Saturday the JH girls will play in the Dunseith Jamboree starting at 10:00. The bus for the Jamboree will leave at 8:45.
